**Job Description:** This position supports information technology applications through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing systems such as electronic health records, registration, scheduling, billing, labs, radiology, PACS, pharmacy, and more.

• The Staff Analyst provides technical support, configuration, and maintenance throughout the application lifecycle, including selection, implementation, support, archival, and decommissioning.
• The role may involve managing small projects and maintaining certifications like Epic.
• Performs essential functions independently with minimal supervision, including analyzing problems, configuring systems, supporting vendors, and managing projects.

**Skills:**

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Deep knowledge of business processes and applications.
• Skills in system analysis, problem-solving, and interpreting technical information.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, healthcare, or related fields.
• Two years of relevant experience or ongoing bachelor's studies with four years of experience.
• Epic certification required or in progress.

**Physical and Location Requirements:** Operate IT equipment, read monitors, and work long hours at the Peaks Regional Office in Broomfield, Colorado. **Compensation:** Hourly rate ranges from $31.78 to $50.07, based on experience.
