Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for helping others? NuSun Power is excited to welcome an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, sharing the benefits of our solar energy solutions and scheduling appointments for our dedicated sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers in the field creating a positive first impression.
• Explain our solar energy solutions clearly and compellingly to spark interest.
• Efficiently schedule appointments that work for both our sales team and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly approach.
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required!
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required for any local visits.
