Assistant General Manager (AGM)

With a rotating selection of 4 soups per day, with over 80 varieties, we bring comfort, convenience, and craftsmanship to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven  Assistant General Manager (AGM)to support daily operations and drive business performance.

The Role

As AGM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing and participating on both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will help maintain our high standards in food quality, customer service, and business operations while supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management – Assist with cash handling, banking, inventory control, ordering, and POS system updates
  • Team Leadership – Supervise and support staff, ensuring a motivated and efficient team
  • Customer Service – Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring outstanding guest experiences
  • Food Quality & Consistency – Work closely with the kitchen and packaging team to uphold high culinary standards
  • Retail & Merchandising – Ensure effective product displays and in-store organization
  • Social Media & Promotions – Support marketing efforts to drive customer engagement

Compensation & Performance Incentives

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per year (competitive based on experience)
  • Cash Tips: Approx. $5,000 annually (pooled, paid weekly, uncapped)
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: Up to $12,000 annually, tied to business performance and individual contributions
  • Total Potential Compensation: $67,000 to $75,000+ per year

Qualifications

  • 5+ years culinary experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role within the food service/hospitality industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory management, ordering, POS and Third-Party systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for high-quality food and a positive dining experience
  • A performance-driven mindset with a desire to contribute to business success
