  • 🔧 Collaborating with maintenance to keep the property in top shape.
  • 💬 Assisting with resident concerns and keeping satisfaction high.
  • 💳 Supporting rent collection and financial tracking.
  • 📑 Helping manage leases, renewals, and compliance.
  • 📊 Assisting in budget preparation and financial goal achievement.
  • 📣 Supporting community marketing, events, and social media efforts.
  • 💡 Helping build partnerships with local employers and community organizations.

📚 What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and a commitment to compliance.
  • Leadership skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work various schedules.
