Job Description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a group practice, that is seeking an associate dentist. The office has been in the community for many years and they have a lot of established patients. Ideally they are seeking a full time dentist, but would consider part time as well.
The office accepts a mix of FFS, PPOs, HMOs and Medicaid to meet the needs of the community. The office is a modern one, with digital sensors, scanners and a Pano. They have an experienced team of 2 assistants, 1 hygienists and a front desk. They have a long tenure among their staff who is highly trained.
General restorative procedures such crown and bridge, simple endo and simple extractions is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but not required.
A full time and experienced dentist can earn between 300K and 400K per year, depending on experience and procedures performed. There is the opportunity for equity buy in, after a few years.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
