Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will combine your passion for customer service with your business acumen to create excellent customer experiences. You will play an essential role in our Store Operations team, fostering valuable relationships with customers and the community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan or pawn process, providing education and tailored recommendations based on customers' financial needs. Manage customer accounts by processing payments and overseeing appointment schedules. Achieve performance targets by leveraging business partnerships, obtaining referrals, and engaging in in-store and community events. Build strong customer relationships to drive new business, support store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty. Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using our assessment tools. Maintain precise customer information in our Point-of-Sale system. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Follow security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits. Thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively juggle multiple tasks while meeting individual and team performance expectations. Employ strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members across all levels. Commit to a full-time work schedule with regular attendance, including limited Saturday hours, for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to enter data accurately. Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for work-related travel (mileage compensated). Proficient in using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications. Must be at least 18 years old. Background check required in compliance with applicable laws. Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and navigating inside and outside the store. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing. Prior experience in cash handling, cash drawer, and vault management.
