Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by educating patients on products and assisting them in making informed purchases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our medical cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
Ensure compliance with all local and state medical cannabis regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and product displays.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and enhance patient experiences.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior sales or budtending experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for the cannabis industry.
Must be able to pass a background check—no felonies permitted.
Must pass training in compliance with new DC medical cannabis laws.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be 21 years or older.
