Experienced Trimmers Wanted
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

We are an energetic and fast-paced company looking for experienced trimmers to join our team in the Portland area. If you have a true sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Trim and de-fan plants
• Separate fan leaves, sticks, stems, and sugar leaf
• Buck plants (remove buds from stems)
• Separate A-buds from B-buds
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the trim floor and work area
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Safety Requirements:

• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, lift, and move about the facility
• Effective communication skills
• Highly reliable with a positive attitude
• Must meet production minimums
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass a background check
• Marijuana workers permit required

Experience:

• At least 1 year of cannabis trimming experience (preferred)
