About the Role

The ideal CEO for the company will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3-5 years' of senior leadership experience within a community healthcare system of similar size and structure. Expertise in administrative and financial management, particularly within an independent or stand-alone health system, is essential. The role also requires a candidate with a proven track record in physician relations, including recruitment, engagement, and collaboration. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of services and facilities in line with the organization's mission and values, and must ensure that the services provided are responsive to the health needs of the community.
