Come work for us and see how BrightStar Care employees uphold a Hight Standard. As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll oversee home health aide services, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Will assist in establishes, implements, and evaluates safety goals, goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality.
• Will assures that care is coordinated between services and that all the client’s needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Care and supervisory process.
• Meet or exceed Joint Commission accreditation standards
• Will work with both skilled and nonskilled clients as needed
• Review notes -file
• Schedule for skilled services
• Work with insurance accounts
• Will do field/site visits as needed – supervisor visits/covering emergency call outs/others as needed
• Can provide Field training/orient new employees to cases as needed – meet and greets/other as needed
• Build skilled cases in all systems
• Electronic filing
• Will set up all apts/coordinate the needs of the clients
• CS will schedule all clinicians’ cases
• Assist with creating Clinical Coordinators daily field visits/schedule
• Approve clinicians shifts for payroll once notes are submitted
• Will work closely with accounts to obtain authorization and orders
• Review notes from clinicians
• Submit notes/other to accounts with recommendation/ect
• Others/as needed

Job Types: Full-time Pay: Range 25.00 to 29.00 dollars (hourly) Work setting: * Office/as needed Field position Weekly Schedule:

• Day shift 8AM – 5PM
• Outside Business Hours : with possible/potential on-call clinical services (nights/weekends)
