Position Overview: Fellow's Marketing team is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our creative team and help us bring brand building creative campaigns to life. The role is responsible for organizing and managing all projects that come through our creative team including creative campaigns, and supporting our direct-to-consumer, wholesale, retail, and amazon businesses. Success in this role requires balancing cross-functional priorities with the capacity our team can deliver. Proactive and hungry for details, you ensure our team has everything they need to bring Fellow's personality to our customers. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an agency and/or internal creative department with a primary focus on digital where high-quality results are required.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate a variety of creative projects, from integrated marketing campaigns to product launches and retail store signage, in partnership with creative team leadership to resource projects balancing skill set and workload
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to organize and build briefs, track approvals, and meet all deadlines.
- Developing and maintaining project dashboard to communicate the status of all projects and communicating schedules with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with quality.
- Assess and manage risks, foresee and resolve bottlenecks, proactively escalate potential issues.
- Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables
- Think critically about creative work and improve overall quality of output by providing a first line of defense in Creative reviews, keeping the team anchored to Creative briefs.
- Organize and track all projects/briefs across Google Drive and Asana.
- Create and refine processes (i.e., workflows, reviews, prioritization) that improve quality, velocity, and scalability from briefing through creative development to launch
- Build on the current processes and infrastructure to drive efficiency, improve processes and communication, and create best-in-class project management practices.
- Manage external creative staff and agencies to ensure all projects launch on time and within budget.
Requirements: - 2-4 Years of Project Management Experience; Agency (client-relations) experience A PLUS
- Experience with Asana or other digital project collaboration software required
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where last minute changes are common and require nimble problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be forward thinking
- Skilled collaborator with strong communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and a willingness to hold teammates accountable
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Understanding of creative specifications for digital and print creative assets (video, photos, copy, etc.)
- Exceptionally organized; accurate and detailed-oriented
- Experience managing and maintaining a DAM a plus
- Experience with Figma preferred

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000
