Toll Brothers , America's leading luxury home builder, is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

The Digtal Marketing Intern is responsible for working with the digital marketing team to support our PPC, SEO, Tracking and UX testing markeing initiatives on and other ancillary websites in the Toll Brothers site portfolio.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Gain a solid understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and how they drive company KPIs
• Receive hands-on experience leraging datasets to spot trends & support strategic initiatives
• Help develop data-driven on-page SEO recommendations
• Proactively research and stay up to date on search trends to identify opportunities to increase traffic
• Assist in auditing sites for technical issues
• Assist in identifying local search opportunities and weaknesses
• Work with the team to design & impliement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tests to generate more leads for our sales team
• Collaborate with the broader digital marketing team to help ensure that site content is fresh and stays up to date

Qualifications

• Analytically minded with a passion for making data-driven decisions
• Creative with the ability to write enticing copy that is both grammatically correct and within a brand voice
• A constant learner that wants to develop a well-rounded digital marketing skillset
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets with experience writing formulas with nested functions, vlookups, and other complex logic
• Marketing automation enthusaist and the technical skills needed to make it happen
• Efficient with good time and project management skills

Do you have these qualifications?

We seek students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in marketing, advertising, or a related field and are interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. The ideal candidate has prior marketing or advertising experience. Excellent organizational skills are a plus!
