About the Team

The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for marketing, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This rapidly growing team aims to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s Restaurant offerings, making it the premier platform for merchants and brands to reach local customers in a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

About the Role

As the Director of Enterprise Restaurant Ads & Promos, you will lead a team of Senior Industry Managers and individual contributors to create value-driven partnerships for advertisers and DoorDash. You will oversee ad sales strategies across enterprise restaurant portfolios and promote adoption of our ads and promotions. Collaborating with account management, marketing, analytics, and product teams, you will help shape our future strategies. You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Advertising Sales within our Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to exceed growth, product adoption, and revenue goals, while increasing advertiser value.
• Develop sales strategies and processes to enable scalable growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and provide industry thought leadership.
• Influence product development and go-to-market strategies based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in digital media/ecommerce advertising sales with a strong track record.
• Skilled in data-driven strategy and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce, performance marketing, and digital ad measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience hiring and developing diverse talent.
• 12+ years of experience, with 7+ years in people management, and a relevant degree.
