Director of Finance – Seattle, WA – Up to $150k

The Role

The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. They’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring financial health, and guiding the team toward operational excellence.

What they are looking for:

1. Proven experience as a Director of Finance, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage cross-functional teams.
4. Willingness to grow with the company and eventually oversee operations for a portfolio of hotels.
