You'll be responsible for turning big ideas into real results, leading everything from eCommerce and SEO to internal marketing, storytelling, branding, and more. This isn't just a leadership role. It's a front-line, sleeves-up, let's-make-it-happen role. And we like it that way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a bold, smart, and scalable marketing strategy across retail, digital, and eCommerce channels.

  • Owning our SEO and performance marketing strategy because visibility matters.

  • Leading internal marketing initiatives that make sure our employees feel as connected and inspired as our customers.

  • Managing third-party vendor relationships, creative agencies, and digital partners to bring our brands to life.

  • Collaborating across teams from Retail to Operations to store support to make sure we're all telling the same story.

  • Tell a brand story that sticks by crafting compelling narratives across all touchpoints.

  • Drive measurable growth through campaigns on cannabis specific platforms like Weedmaps, Leafly, Dutchie and emerging channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance, own KPIs, and continuously optimize for cost-effective growth and ROI.

  • Digging into data and insights to drive smart decisions and stronger results.

  • Creating content and campaigns that turn heads (and turn customers into fans).

  • Keep us compliant, creative and on the cutting edge in a regulated space.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for a marketing powerhouse who's equal parts strategist, creative thinker, data nerd, and team player.

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's is a bonus but not required).

  • At least five (5) years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in high-growth, high-energy environments (bonus if that includes the cannabis industry).

  • A minimum of three (3) years leading a marketing team—you know how to mentor, motivate, and get the best out of your people.

  • Proven success across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. You've run the campaigns, tracked the metrics, and know what moves the needle.

  • You're not just creative—you're strategic. You know your audience and how to build campaigns that truly connect.

  • You've fine-tuned user experiences before and know how to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels like a pro.

  • You're fluent in the language of data and have a solid grasp of tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

  • You don't just pull reports, you turn insights into action and make smart marketing decisions based on what the numbers say.

  • A confident, collaborative communicator with a strong point of view and the ability to align marketing strategy with business goals.
