LHH is working with a well-established Labor & Employment group at a middle market Boston firm to fill this Associate or Counsel level position. This role offers a clear path to equity partnership and the chance to work closely with top professionals in the field.

Position Details:

• Practice Area: Employment - Transactional and Litigation (Plaintiff side)
• Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years
• Billable Hours: 1800 for associates, 1650 for counsel or partners
• Bonus Structure: Up to 30% based on billable hours, discretionary bonuses, and origination bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent executives in their agreements, compensation, and severance
• Handle litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in wage and hour claims, trade secret claims, and more
