Looking to start your clinical career? We are excited to have a new career opportunity at The Children's Center. We have a Full Time Temporary to Permanent Entry Level Clinician position that will transition into a Permanent Full Time Clinician role within 90 days of hire, following obtaining receipt of state licensure.

Responsibilities: Adhere to development plan to gain clinical skills necessary to independently provide therapeutic services to children and families
Support individual and family sessions in collaboration with assigned therapist
Support development of therapeutic treatment goals in collaboration with assigned therapist
Utilize clinical interventions, to co-facilitate social skills groups for children and families.
Conduct interviews and gather information for clinical assessments
Consult and collaborate with other SMEs to support TCC service delivery
Support the values of the family, The Children's Center Mission and the commitment to the ongoing safety and family stability
Qualifications: Interest/Ability to transition into a Behavioral Health Services clinician, upon completion of clinical training and received state clinical license
Advance standing student receiving master's degree in Mental Health related field, such as Social Work, Psychology and/or Counseling and pending graduating status
Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills related to windows navigation, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment
Ability to effectively manage time, information, and meet deadlines
If position requires driving, you must be able to provide proof of having a current, calid driver's liences, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
Education: Pursuing Master's Degree in same field
Social Work
Psychology and/or Counseling
Master's Degree without certified licensure from the State of Michigan
