Job Title : Entry Level Sales Representative – Full Training Provided | Career Change Friendly

Location: Richmond, VA (This is an in-person role – local applicants only)

Compensation : $65,000 - $120,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

Part-Time: 15–30 hrs/week | Full-Time Available

We specialize in training individuals from all industries — including servers, CNAs, warehouse workers, retail, and admin roles — to succeed in sales. No prior sales experience required. Just bring your energy, people skills, and willingness to learn. We’ll take care of the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking with customers (in person or by phone)
• Helping them choose the right product using proven scripts
• Following up with warm leads (no cold calling)
• Tracking conversations using our simple CRM system
• Attending in-person training and mentorship sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• No degree or sales experience needed — we’ll train you
