EPIC - Revenue Clinical Application Analyst IS Full-time 1st shift Monday- Friday 8am-5pm POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic clinical revenue systems. The revenue clinical application analyst conducts regular day-to-day communication, reviews the software, demonstrates a deep understanding of business operations, and works with multiple teams, including vendor, project team(s), Business Representatives/Subject Matter Experts, and end users. This position will routinely perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic software; is responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with vendor applications; and will design, build, test, install and maintain Epic solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, skills, and experience: AA Degree in Business, health care administration, clinical discipline, or related field required; may substitute work experience for degree. Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills required. Prior experience in analysis, optimizing, and process improvement of clinical or healthcare-related systems or workflows preferred. Prior experience in medical billing, claims, and reimbursement workflows and methodologies preferred. Prior experience in creation of system documents, including but not limited to workflow documentation and standard operating procedures preferred. Prior experience in system testing and remediation preferred. Successful completion of aptitude test required. Florida Health Care Plans
