The Executive Protection Driver provides for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a client by performing executive protection and transportation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkertons core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide safe and secure vehicle transportation for C-Level Executives to and from designated destinations.
• Prepare and receive documentation for pick-up and delivery of Executives.
• Utilize navigation devices and maps to determine routes.
• Adjust routes as necessary to ensure timely arrivals and provide updates on potential delays.
• Maintain activity reports, maintenance logs, and vehicle records.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external contacts, staff, and the public.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in executive protection, security driving, military, or police/detective work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess or be able to obtain all current certifications required for armed Minnesota Protective Agent services.
• Security driving experience.
• Preferred: Law enforcement or military experience, Emergency Vehicle Operations course, Defensive driving certification.
• Ability to follow operation plans and manage trips independently.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and calmness under stress.
• Effective decision-making in emergencies.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Working Conditions

Requires physical and mental capacity to perform essential functions, including:

• Regular computer use.
• Occasional lifting and reaching.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
• Travel as needed.
