Flight Operation Coordinator

As a Flight Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Schedule Flights: Utilize your organizational skills to efficiently arrange flight itineraries for our discerning Jets.com customers, taking into account their preferences and requirements.
  • Ensure Safe Operations: Prioritize safety by closely monitoring flight progress, weather conditions, and other factors that may impact the flight. Be prepared to adjust plans as necessary to ensure a smooth and secure journey for all parties involved.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain clear communication with clients throughout their travel experience, providing updates on flight status, itinerary changes, and any other relevant information to ensure a positive experience.
  • Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate flight records, documenting each client's trip from start to finish. Additionally, reconcile their account and manage billing and payment processes efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, protocols, and safety procedures to maintain the highest standards of safety and service for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple flights and clients simultaneously.
  • Professional Communication: Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as you will interact with a diverse range of individuals within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Remain calm and composed under pressure while handling time-sensitive tasks and unforeseen circumstances that may arise in the aviation industry.
  • Aviation Knowledge: Though preferred, prior experience or knowledge in the aviation industry is not mandatory. However, a willingness to learn and develop in this field is essential.
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems: Be well-versed in using computer systems and software to efficiently manage flight schedules, documentation, and client communications.
