Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician with an EPA Certification to join our team. This position offers hands-on training and career growth opportunities in the air conditioning and heating industry. The ideal candidate will assist senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and checking system performance.
• Test electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Ensure work is perform according to company and industry safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
• Document services and installation activity accurate.

Qualifications:

• EPA 608 Certification(Type I, II, or Universal)(Required).
• High School diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC training preferred).
• Basic understand of HVAC system and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn and take directions from senior technicians.
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in confine spaces or hikes.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary range $20.00 - $26.00 per hour base on experience.
