Responsibilities:
Lead and execute one or more mid to large-scale HR projects, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables within scope and budget parameters.
Develop and maintain comprehensive RAID logs to proactively identify Risks, track Assumptions, resolve Issues, and manage Dependencies throughout project lifecycle.
Create detailed RACI matrices to clearly define stakeholder Responsibilities, Accountabilities, Consultation requirements, and Information distribution across cross-functional teams.
Design robust project plans incorporating stakeholder analysis, comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, and regular status reporting mechanisms.
Establish benefits realization frameworks including satisfaction surveys and ROI metrics to quantify HR project value delivery and organizational impact.
Deploy advanced project management reporting tools, real-time progress dashboards, and standardized methodologies to ensure complete visibility into HR project health and performance status.
Collaborate extensively with third-party vendors, ensuring contractual compliance while maintaining project schedules and deliverable quality standards.
Required Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing mid to large-scale projects with demonstrated expertise in RAID log development and maintenance
Proven track record in cross-functional project coordination involving IT, HR, and third-party vendor management
Strong proficiency in building comprehensive project plans with particular emphasis on RACI matrix creation and stakeholder role definition
Expert-level skills in RAID methodology including risk assessment, assumption validation, issue resolution, and dependency management
Desired Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification with emphasis on risk management and stakeholder engagement methodologies
Specialized experience as Project Manager within HR functional areas, demonstrating understanding of human capital project complexities
Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet with ability to create RAID tracking systems and RACI responsibility matrices
Experience in implementing governance frameworks that clearly define decision-making authority and accountability structures
