This person will be the leader and manager of the Entry Level Service Technicians (T1/M1). The Primary responsibility is to spend 90% of their time in the field providing leadership, coaching and training to the T1/M1 Service Techs and 10% of their time in the center providing training coaching and one on one mentoring for T1/M1 Service Technicians

Responsibilities What Will I Do?- Direct Leadership and management of the T1/M1 Service team. Ensure they are trained on and perform all aspects of the Service Champions Relationship Building Guides and can perform minor diagnostic tasks. Provide feedback and support for all T1/M1 Service technicians to provide opportunity for success in their careers. Lead all service technicians in exuding and "living" our Core Values.
- Driving Top Performance is measured by the following Top 5 KPIs
- MVP Growth through sales and retention (Expected to sell 45% to new opportunities and limit cancels under 2%/monthly)
- Success Rates in old calls setting strong leads for clients who would benefit from newer equipment (Expected to generate sales on 25% of old calls)
- Success Rates in Young calls setting strong leads for clients who would benefit from Comfort Cloud and PureFlow products (Expected to generate sales on 11% of young calls)
- Building tickets by getting clients happily involved with products and services that benefit the performance or life of their existing equipment. (Expected to average $375/ticket)
- Win rate at 50% on all opportunities
Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes?- This is an exempt, full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
- EPA 608 Certification
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Ability to build business in the residential sector
- Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings
- Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
