Your Role:
As an HVAC Branch Service Manager, you will:
Manage Day-to-Day Service Operations : Ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives
Supervise Service Team Managers : Oversee Truck Based Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives
Direct the Service Business Support Team : Handle account management, invoicing, service order posting, and more
Provide Coaching and Support : Implement business methodologies and service applications
Drive Service Business Processes : Ensure training, communication, and reinforcement of processes
Maintain Delivery Standards : Achieve balanced, profitable growth through effective execution
What We’re Looking For:
Experience : Minimum of 5 years managing service operations and/or service dispatch/scheduling
Skills : Strong organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Multitasking Ability : Handle multiple projects with tact, cooperation, and persistence
Prioritization : Prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals
Communication : Competence in written and verbal communication
Project Accounting Knowledge : Basic understanding of project accounting or costing principles
Representation : Positively represent Johnson Controls and influence diverse teams
Software Proficiency : Use of Service Management software and financial accounting systems
