As the IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and security of IT systems. You’ll play a key role in aligning technology with business goals, mentoring IT staff, and working closely with leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all IT operations across clinic locations—networking, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user support
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Hypervisor, Fortinet products, and database management
• Recruit, mentor, and develop IT staff to create a responsive, service-driven team
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals
• Ensure secure and reliable system performance, enforce cybersecurity best practices, and resolve escalated issues
• Provide after-hours support for critical issues when necessary

• Proven IT leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment
• Strong technical skills in network architecture, virtualization, and cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Fortinet solutions, and virtual server environments
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
