We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and help support project planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Work closely with senior project managers to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure all project details are understood and well-coordinated. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update status reports for stakeholders. Help identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project timelines. Coordinate resources, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and overseeing the allocation of tasks. Assist with preparing project documentation, such as proposals, project plans, and timelines. Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Ensure project goals and client expectations are met by actively participating in project discussions and meetings. Support project management team with administrative tasks and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
