We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Charleston office and support our client’s personal injury team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality support to attorneys. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals
• Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Manage case files and maintain accurate, organized documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts
• Schedule depositions, meetings, and court appearances
• Assist in trial preparation and document production
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury or litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software (experience with Clio is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload with accuracy
• A client-focused mindset and a desire to be part of a purpose-driven team
