Job Title: Legal Recruiting Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to support the legal recruiting team through the end of the summer. This position plays a key role in planning and executing campus recruiting initiatives and summer associate programming. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly polished and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution and logistics for law student recruiting and summer associate programs
• Coordinate events, including networking receptions, on-campus interviews, and in-office programming
• Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating the attorney hiring process
• Manage recruiting records and documentation via applicant tracking systems
• Maintain communication with law school career services and external vendors
• Partner with recruiting and development teams across various offices
• Track candidate data, recruiting expenses, and assist with reporting
• Participate in firmwide recruiting initiatives and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• Exposure to recruiting, event planning, or administrative coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and maintain discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with databases

Additional Details:

• Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 37.5-hour workweek
