Job Title: Endoscopy Clinical Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary: Up to $125,000/year (Depends on experience)
Shift: Full Time Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation

 

Endoscopy Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Endoscopy Department. This leadership role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical operations, staffing, and workflow for the endoscopy unit
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards
• Oversee scheduling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support staff development
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize procedure readiness and patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Oklahoma
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2–4 years of endoscopy or procedural nursing experience
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
