Position Overview:

As an Exterior Renovations Specialist, you will communicate with homeowners about various projects, including siding installation, roofing, window replacements, entry doors and sliding glass doors. Your expertise will help us deliver top-notch services to our clients, ensuring their properties look great and stand the test of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project requirements and develop renovation plans.
• Prepare estimates for siding, roofing, windows, and doors.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the renovation process.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license, reliable means of transportation and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance to local law and regulations.
• Direct sales experience preferred.
• Proven experience in exterior renovations or related construction fields preferred.
• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools used in exterior work preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members.
