Role Summary: Precision Assembler

As a Precision Assembler , you will play a crucial role in preparing pump assembly work and documentation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling a variety of equipment and tools while performing necessary tests.
• Disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling pumps during repair processes.
• Utilizing modern materials and tools to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pump assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders.
• Operate precision measuring tools and hand tools in a warehouse environment.
• Ensure all parts are clean and assemblies are completed following procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with a keen eye for detail.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities and comply with all policies.
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Workshop experience and knowledge of automation control.
• Experience as a mechanic for rotating machines or general mechanics.
• Trade School or vocational training is a plus.
