Job Description

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut (Candidates must be able to commute to Greenwich Office daily.)

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information in conjunction with the CTO.
2. Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes using Jira.
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
5. Ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
6. Analyze risks and opportunities.
7. Oversee project procurement management.
8. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
9. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
10. Collaborate with the CTO to eliminate blockers.
11. Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
13. Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests with QA engineers.

Requirements

1. Proven expertise through coursework in Project Management or related fields.
2. Experience in project management from conception to delivery, including coursework projects.
3. Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
4. Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
5. Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
6. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls.
7. Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
8. BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
9. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
