Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support for cross-functional initiatives across multiple divisions.
  • Manage large and/or complex programs and projects in line with established processes and procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, charters, and schedules that align with customer and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Secure required resources by negotiating with organizational leadership.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Communicate project status and updates clearly to stakeholders through written reports and formal presentations.
  • Oversee design, development, and implementation of new systems and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams to plan tasks, allocate resources, establish timelines, and gain commitment for deliverables.
  • Foster effective collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues or potential risks, with proposed solutions.
  • Represent the project management function to internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to the development and measurement of project management best practices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other project managers across the organization.
  • Draft business cases and supporting documentation for divisional initiatives.
  • Track project-related issues and risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide consulting, coaching, and mentoring support to project managers.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives and readiness.
  • Inspire teams by setting clear expectations and fostering a purpose-driven, energized work environment.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude, especially under pressure.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Uphold values of professionalism, integrity, resourcefulness, and care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager (Level III/IV or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years managing finance transformation projects or similar financial systems experience.
  • At least 3 years managing ERP projects, with successful ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, PeopleSoft).
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems: project management, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Proven experience managing all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, integration, staffing, and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex or multiple mid-sized projects.
  • Experience with projects involving process improvement and technology integration.
  • Ability to define tasks and integrate business processes with technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Advanced understanding of project/program management principles and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.
  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
