What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a beautiful, established apartment community
  • Lead and inspire an on-site team of leasing professionals and maintenance staff
  • Maximize occupancy and rent growth through strategic marketing and superior customer service
  • Ensure high standards of property appearance, safety, and maintenance
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships with precision
  • Resolve resident concerns professionally and promptly, creating a welcoming community environment
  • Drive resident retention through creative resident events and proactive communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CRM, Knock, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for real estate, people, and making an impact
