Property Manager – Norwich, CT

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 residential units in Norwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach to property operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 120 residential units
• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and conflict resolution
• Collect rent, track delinquencies, and manage accounts receivable
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of property financials and budgeting
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in property management software is a plus
