Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal at Neiman Law LLC located in Columbus, Ohio. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing assistance to the firm's attorneys, and performing basic secretarial duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating files, and preparing for court. The role will also include assistance in processing title files for the firm's affiliated title company, Clear Sky Title LLC. The role involves working closely with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to ensure efficient and accurate completion of legal tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal document preparation, due diligence, and title insurance
• Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Experience with real estate transactions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
