Relocation Consultant I (US Remote) Job Locations US-VA-Sterling ID 2025-3589 Category Customer Service/Support Type Regular Full-Time Overview As a Level 1 Relocation Consultant, your responsibility is to deliver relocation services to transferees in alignment with the client's relocation policy. This entails assessing the needs of the transferee and provide services that may encompass various aspects such as lump sums, renters' assistance, affinity offerings, home marketing aid, property management, managed cap policies, relocation-related travel arrangements, temporary accommodation, and household goods transportation. The Level 1 Relocation Consultant operates with the transferee's and client's best interests in mind, providing policy advice and aiding in relocation matters. Responsibilities Review and explain client relocation policies, procedures, and benefits to transferees. Manage policy components to assure compliance. Manage policy exceptions as directed by the client. Assess transferee needs and provide services and resources to meet those needs. Manage and coordinate services and benefits to possibly include temporary living, home marketing assistance mortgage (consultation and/or resources), home purchase, rental-departure and destination, expense management, household goods movement, set up candidate tours, managed cap policies and core flex policies, and any future approved services. Coordinate and communicate with the Team Lead, appropriate internal and external service providers, and appropriate client contact regarding day-to-day management of assigned transferee activity. Monitor progress and ensure transferee satisfaction with services. Maintain files and computer database on assigned transferees and activities. Regularly communicate and coordinate with transferees and agents/suppliers Provide the highest quality of customer service to all transferees.
