We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, including sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
• Experience with cashiering and cash handling is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
