This includes ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, processing transactions, and providing customer service to participants. Responsibilities: Administer the company’s 401k, Pension, and Non-Qualified plans in accordance with all laws and regulations. Work with Recordkeeper data in various formats and systems to reconcile Plan Assets. Manage annual audits and other audit requests. Maintain plan records and files. Prepare and distribute plan documents and reports. Stay updated on law and regulation changes affecting 401k plans. Collaborate with payroll and accounting departments to ensure proper funding and administration. Perform other administrative duties as needed. Additional Job Details: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Fidelity PSW platform and Workday experience preferred. At least 3 years of experience in retirement plan administration or related field. Proven ability working with plan documents such as Basic Plan Document, Adoption Agreement, SPD, Amendments, SMM, and notices. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
