A Typical Day for an RN/LPN with Halcyon House:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on a designated shift, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to care standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support in clinical decision-making and patient management.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care coordination and patient advocacy.

Flexible hours to fit your schedule!
We are ready to create a schedule that suits your needs the best! Providing partial shifts, accommodating student schedules, and much more! You will have the ability to decide on your shift duration and working hours.
Current Openings:
6am-2pm - Full-Time - Monday-Friday with every 5th weekend on-call rotation
6am-2pm - Full-Time - with every other weekend commitment
6am-6pm - Full-Time Weekend Package
2pm-10pm - Full-Time - Monday-Friday
PRN - On-Call ONLY - Every 5th weekend on-call rotation
Compensation:
The pay range for the LPN position is $27.39 - 34.51 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
The pay range for the RN position is $32.53-$40.99 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $5,000 for Full-Time and $2,500 for Part-Time.
Shift Differentials
Evening Shift: Additional $3.50/hr
Night Shift: Additional $5.00/hr
Weekend Shift: Additional $1.00/hr
