Department Summary Our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team is dedicated to empowering customers by promoting the benefits of EchoStar's products and services through a consultative approach. This role involves 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities Successfully position and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers. Assess each customer's needs to offer the best-value solution. Exhibit resilience in handling challenging calls while keeping focus on broader goals. Manage your time effectively while engaging with customers, navigating systems, and conducting real-time data entry. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and competitive advantages. Deliver outstanding customer service to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
