LaSalle Network has partnered with a leader in the FMCG sector who are in need of a Sales Coordinator / Analyst . This position will be administratively heavy, requiring a strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills. The Sales Coordinator / Analyst will play a key role in organizing and optimizing sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of various processes, and supporting multiple departments.



Sales Coordinator / Analyst Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a new Trade Promotion program
• Ensure all pending promotions are included in the system
• Assist in onboarding KAMs into the process once hired
• Standardize the approach to client assortments and price lists
• Take ownership of data clean-up and organization
• Act as the primary liaison between the planner managing new account setup and key departments (Legal, RGM, Finance)
• Review commercial agreements to ensure consistency and comprehensiveness based on client scope
• Lead the clean-up and organization of data and file management within the region
• Address backlog of client payments by investigating invoice submission issues, coding errors and supplier setup
• Develop and implement an efficient flow for invoices and payments
• Coordinate the receipt of depletion data from clients
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to the Commercial Excellence team for integration into PowerBI
• Support additional projects as they arise, providing analytical and administrative assistance

Sales Coordinator / Analyst Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, and organization)
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong administrative capabilities, able to handle multiple projects at once
• Experience in sales coordination, project management, or data analysis preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with PowerBI and trade promotion systems is a plus
