Average 1st Year Earnings: $65K-$90K+ Average 2nd Year Earnings: $80K-$150K+ Average 3rd Year Earnings: $150K-$250K+ Average 4th Year Earnings and Beyond: $300K+ This role may suit you if... You are eager to earn more through hard work and elevate your career! What You’ll Do: Source, recruit, and place exceptional talent within our specialized verticals. Utilize online recruiting tools and our proprietary systems to identify and connect with top candidates. Review and evaluate candidate information to ensure optimal fit for each position. Scout job openings and provide insightful leads to your recruiting colleagues. Collaborate with team members to devise effective sourcing and research strategies. Manage a high volume of requisitions, ensuring attention to detail. Partner with team leaders to develop tailored recruiting strategies, assessing and identifying top talent. Requirements: 2-4+ years of experience making direct placements in any recruiting vertical. Must have recent experience in an agency recruiting environment; candidates with solely internal talent acquisition or HR experience will not be considered. Experience in cold calling. Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and writing skills. Positive, proactive mindset with a robust work ethic. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in reading and writing English. A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A quiet, dedicated workspace at home for uninterrupted work. Compensation/Benefits: Base salary between $45,000-$60,000 + commission.
