Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
In this role, you will make custom software tools that will be implemented directly within our client organizations. You will help us design and architect our stack and make it successful. You will also help design our back-end, front-end and visualization tools and together with a team, you will make them come alive. You will have a unique opportunity to exercise your creativity and technical skills whilst growing into a thought leader in the financial services space and a technology leader at our firm. The team's software must cover customer acquisition and retention, pricing, fraud detection, customer service and more for forward-thinking financial services, but it must do so with a flair.
You will be based in our New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas or Waltham office as part of the Financial Services data center of excellence, within the McKinsey Financial Services practice. You'll be responsible for creating next-generation data and analytic solutions that help us serve clients and stay on the cutting edge in the industry. The data center of excellence is a highly visible team and a high-profile position, working regularly with McKinsey Financial Services senior leaders and clients.
Your Growth
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
