Hyatt Regency Orlando is seeking a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant/Busser to support our team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role is essential in assisting servers, ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly, and maintaining a well-organized dining area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment , enjoys working as part of a team, and provides friendly, efficient service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with delivering food, refilling beverages, and attending to guests' needs.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support in setting up the restaurant before service and breaking down after shifts.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight, as this role requires physical activity.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with continual guest interaction.
• Open availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is key!
