As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead the creation of bold, intuitive digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the human, digital, and physical worlds. You'll collaborate with product and development teams to translate sophisticated requirements into elegant, high-impact interfaces that captivate users and drive measurable business outcomes. With strong design proficiency and a deep understanding of user behavior, you'll craft interactive touchpoints that fuel exploration and elevate our in-store experience. Job Responsibilities : Designs and implements intuitive, visually appealing interactive interfaces that reflect the brand across multiple digital applications, maintaining consistency through an established visual style guide. Develops sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to visualize concepts and test user interactions with minimal direction. Uses tools such as Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch to build accessible, user-friendly designs optimized for various screen sizes, devices, and platforms. Implements the development and evolution of design principles, standards, and guidelines. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, user needs, technical capabilities, and constraints. Partners closely with project and product managers to plan, design, and deliver successful outcomes while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Works alongside User Researchers and fellow Designers to ensure design consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application challenges. Provides constructive feedback and creative direction to support innovative, user-centered solutions aligned with established design principles. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned by business leadership. Education and Work Experience : Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or a related field. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
