Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: St Louis MO 63101 OR Chicago IL 60603
Salary/Payrate: $80K-$95K annually and AWESOME benefits!!!
Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days onsite in St Louis for first 90 days then 3/2 OR 3 days onsite after initial 30 days for Chicago
Term: Permanent / Fulltime
Bachelors degree required: No
Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired

You will identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, youll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for staff positions across the firm, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. After an initial period of training, this position is eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule.
