Role The Technical Enablement Program Manager will own the full lifecycle of our internal and external learning and enablement programs. The role is both hands-on and strategic and is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating scalable training programs that empower employees, partners, and customers to succeed. This is a high-impact individual contributor role. The role will not manage a team, but rather own and drive execution—collaborating cross-functionally while personally developing and delivering modern, engaging learning content. Success in this role requires a strong balance of strategy and execution, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The role will partner with subject matter experts in product, services, and engineering to build outcome-driven training programs aligned to our business goals. Responsibilities - Program Ownership Define and lead the overall strategy for internal and external technical learning programs Build and maintain a roadmap of training priorities aligned to business goals Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product, engineering, and services teams to ensure enablement efforts stay aligned with evolving needs Advocate for SME availability and support within the organization Manage project timelines, training calendars, and program logistics—personally driving execution without a support team - Content Development Work directly with internal experts to turn complex technical information into clear, useful training Develop content in a variety of formats like videos, guides, simulations, labs, and online courses Build learning paths for different audiences, such as new hires, engineers, support teams, and external users Make sure all content is accurate, consistent, and effective using proven instructional design practices Keep track of training needs and manage a list of content projects from start to finish - Deliver, Measure & Improve Training Establish learning KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure effectiveness and adoption Measure and ensure training content meets standards for accuracy, consistency, and instructional effectiveness Roll out training through live sessions, digital platforms, or self-paced courses Upload and organize content in the learning system so it's easy to find and use Collect feedback from learners and look at usage data to see what's working Make changes based on feedback to improve the learning experience Experiment with new training formats like microlearning, certifications, or gamified lessons to keep content fresh and engaging Minimum Qualifications ~ Bachelor's Degree (Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Learning & Development or related field) ~5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical learning programs in a software or enterprise technology environment ~ While deep technical expertise in our specific product is not required, experience with MES platforms (such as TrakSYS) or certification in enterprise manufacturing software is highly preferred. ~ Ability to work with technical SMEs to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content ~ Proven ability to gather feedback and iterate based on learner needs and organizational goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, MES, ERP, or plant operations Strong command of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning principles Experience designing multi-format content: e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, microlearning, labs, videos, documentation Strong command of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning principles Experience designing multi-format content: e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, microlearning, labs, videos, documentation Familiarity with learning measurement models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) and ability to report on training effectiveness Hands-on experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Thinkific, Docebo, SAP Litmos, TalentLMS, or similar) Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate) Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards Compensation / Benefits ~$120,000 - $145,000 annual salary ~ Variable bonus based on company and individual performance  ~100% Company-paid health insurance premiums for employee  ~ Ability to work a hybrid schedule  ~ Flexible vacation time  ~ Outstanding team environment  Location (Hybrid/Remote) Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
