Job Title: Title Assistant – Sales Support

Location: Haddonfield, NJ

Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Are you an experienced title professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both sales and operations? We are seeking a Title Assistant to work closely with a top-producing sales representative at a high-volume title and abstract company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth closings and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a high-performing sales producer by managing workflow, tasks, and client communication.
  • Handle title processing and closing responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve title clearance issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move files to close.
  • Maintain frequent, professional communication via phone and email with clients, agents, and lenders.
  • Collaborate with the production team while delegating and managing key administrative duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between sales and operations.
  • Utilize Qualia title software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage files, documents, and tasks.
  • Operate with a high degree of trust, confidentiality, and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the title industry, specifically in processing and/or closing.
  • Strong knowledge of title clearance procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume setting.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support both sales and production teams collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Qualia (or similar title software).
  • Proven record of reliability, confidentiality, and team collaboration.
